We begin by creating a content plan for your business. This is a simple document outlining the topic that will be created for each day/week/month ensuring the correct density of post topics are carried out. This will be presented to you for approval prior to beginning on your account and can be changed by you as your business evolves.

We will write the copy in your brand voice. If your brand voice is fun and light, that's the tone we use. If it's corporate or more serious, then this is the tone we use. We then select the most appropriate hashtags according to the post content and the current social media platform's best practices to ensure you get maximum exposure through these.

So many social media accounts are let down by poorly designed branded tiles. All branded tiles are designed by a graphic designer using industry standard professional software. We most definitely DO NOT use Canva!

All content is sent to you monthly for review through our online approval system. From here you can hit the approve button which will then schedule the post, make a small text edit or revise the terminology used or reject the post with your feedback and we will revise it for you. You will always have a few days to approve and will be notified by email when ready to do so. If posts are not approved by the deadline, we will publish as they are and these can then be deleted or edited by yourself in the social media platform if something isn't quite right. You will have a dedicated Account Manager look after you which also provides email and phone support.

Whilst the monthly content we create and publish for you is a great start, sometime you may need a few extra posts created throughout the month to make an announcement, advertise a special or simply connect to your audience. Social Media Packages all contain a number of ad-hoc posts to ensure you get your message out there. All we need is one business day's notice to create the post and publish for you. All pricing includes posting to two social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc depending on the account type and demographic. We are also able to post onto your Google My Business account as an option.

If you are looking to advertise on social media we can also assist you with paid social campaigns. These include the setup of the campaign, graphic designer created creative, message/copy creation and a monthly advertising budget determined by you. This is an amazing way to reach out to new customers that may not follow you and encourage your latest specials, services or promotions.

Content Creation is where we plan, write, design, schedule and post your social media on an upfront monthly basis. This is our standard offering and does not include responding to direct messages, responding to comments or liking accounts from your account to self promote. If posts are found to be incorrect or no longer relevant it is your responsibility to remove or edit as it goes out.

Social Media Management is also a service we offer where we do respond directly to messages or bring them to your attention if we cannot answer, respond to client interaction and comments, we like posts from your account to increase your profile and engagement and also moderate any comments on your account. This service also includes preparing content throughout the month as required so you can promote a special, offer or notice. In most cases, this option will include a monthly meeting where we personally go through upcoming plans, promotions, specials and other new focuses. Social Media Management is priced upon application so we can take into account all of the requirements needed each month specifically for your business.
